Over his 20 year career spanning the oil & gas, utility, manufacturing, telecommunication, and computer and consulting industries, Mr. Smith has held many senior posts, from Senior Engineer, to CIO/Vice President at TransCanada Pipelines.
Mr. Smith has considerable experience transforming IT organizations to meet the complex business needs of a geographically distributed business. From 2000 to 2003, Art led the transformation of an IT organization from a high cost, low quality, and risky service provider into a low cost, high quality, responsive and reliable service provider. This transformation was accomplished by focusing on business requirements and results, standardizing technologies and solutions, and eliminating unnecessary redundancy and complexity.

| | | Ryan D. Lailey VP of Business Development & Corporate Strategy
Mr. Lailey brings 10 years of sales, marketing, and customer service experience to the company. He has worked in both the oil and gas and financial services industries, most recently as an Investment Executive at a major Canadian bank. Ryan has professional sales training from two major Canadian corporations, and experience in capital markets, investor relations and strategic acquisitions.

Ms. Weiler has 14 years of experience in the accounting industry, achieving the CGA designation in 1997. Her roles have included accounting in the public accounting field, travel industry, retail industry and personal and corporate tax filings. Ms. Weiler has had her own accounting and consulting business for the past six years.

| | | Robin Highberg VP of Product Management
Mr. Highberg has 32 years of experience in oil and gas, manufacturing, high tech, ecommerce, food processing, automotive and services industries. He also brings over 25 years of experience in IT and software development and sustainment management. Mr. Highberg has worked in areas of management, project management and consulting in Canada, the USA and Europe. He has held manager roles at Husky, Research in Motion, and Calcomp Technologies Europe SA. Most recently, he was a manager of Husky's ERP system and program manager for their e.Procurement initiative. Prior to Husky, he transformed ERP systems from start up to operational at Research in Motion and introduced SAP and Blackberry integration.
Mr. Highberg has intimate experience with SAP R3, SAP's integration software, and has consulted for many years on the implementation and operation of the system across many industries and companies such as Husky, Research in Motion, Hunt Wesson, BJ Services, Shell Canada, Calcomp Computer Inc., and Phillip Morris USA.

Ms. Curry has over 25 years experience in information technology for the Oil & Gas sector. She has 20 years experience managing various operational teams including Help Desk, and Training and Desktop Support both in Canada and internationally. She also has extensive experience in project management and business process controls.
