The latest Cortex Desktop(tm) update, to be installed on August 8, 2010, introduces some enhancements to the application's appearance and functionality. The training materials on our Training and Support website will be updated with this information July 26. Standard Maintenance Window:

Cortex Business Solutions has a weekly Maintenance Window every Sunday from 8 AM to 12 PM (MST), for upgrades and maintenance to our Hardware and Software. Application users will not have access to the Cortex Servers during this time.
