As Director, Canada Sales, Kelly uses his strong technical background to help his clients find the correct solutions to complex problems. He has a proven track record of achievements based on his ability to identify opportunities, ask the right questions, and develop and position the ideal solution. He is focused on forging long-lasting relationships with clients and peers built on a foundation of mutual trust and openness.

Kelly has over 19 years’ experience in the Manufacturing and Oil & Gas industries. He is an experienced sales leader who provides leadership and mentoring to the sales and marketing teams to empower success, sharing his mantra of “doing the right things the right way to get the right results”.

Larry Dalton

Vice President, Business Development - Canada

As the VP, Business Development – Canada, Larry is focused on delivering AP automation in the agriculture and manufacturing industries. His customer-centric sales leadership style is focused on understanding the customer’s needs, and pairing the right Cortex solutions to deliver lasting results.

Larry brings over 25 years of sales and team leadership in the CPG, manufacturing and agriculture space. Over the course of his career, Larry has worked for some of the largest food and agriculture companies and their key customers in both Canada and the U.S.

Kimberly Donald

Director, New Business Development

In her role as Director, New Business Development, Kim is responsible for growth and expansion into new industry verticals for Cortex.  Kim is passionate about understanding the strategic initiatives within organizations and helping them in their digital transformation journey. She graduated with Honors in Business Commerce from the University of Windsor with a Major in Accounting.

Kim has spent the last 18 years focused on IT Software, Managed Services and Security, developing and leading IT sales teams for prominent organizations including Gartner, Oracle, and Varonis.  She has expertise in Oil & Gas, Construction, Transportation, and Public Sector. Kim is focused on building value-added relationships and strives to always provide high quality service through the pairing of client visions with strategic plans to drive efficiency, profitability, and overall success.

Mike Fraser

Strategic Account Manager

As the Manager, Strategic Accounts North America, Mike is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with customers and partners on the Accounts Payable side of the Cortex Network. He joined Cortex in 2015 and works passionately to ensure that organizations achieve maximum results from their digital invoice automation and workflow. If you are looking to strategically improve your procure to pay process, add to your current Cortex solutions suite with products such as supply chain financing, field ticketing, or communicate invoice-related process changes to your vendor base, Mike can help you find the best options for your business needs.

Mike has lived and worked in Calgary for 20 years and has experience working across multiple industries including IT and Oil & Gas both on the producer and vendor side of the business.

Vice President, US Sales

As Vice President, US Sales for Cortex, John is responsible for the development and execution of corporate revenue goals and objectives. John is passionate about market opportunity identification and managing global sales efforts, with long-term growth, profitability and customer-centric outcomes as priorities.

John joined Cortex in 2016 as an accomplished and results-driven senior management executive. From previous roles at SAP, DrillingInfo, Oildex, and Ceridian. John is recognized as a leader and motivator with immense energy that consistently builds high-performance teams. His experience in enterprise level software sales and market execution make him a great asset to the Cortex team.

Michael Owens

Vice President, Business Development - USA

Michael is passionate about being a trusted resource for companies exploring digital transformation. As the VP, Business Development – USA, he strives to deliver value with measurable return on investment while building strong relationships with his customers across multiple industry verticals. 

Michael brings over 20 years’ experience in the Insurance/Risk Management, and Construction industries and was named to Business Insurance’s 40 under 40 in 2013. His career has included commercial, multifamily residential, and industrial construction across the Southeast region of the United States.
